About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Maintenance Technician II to support residential properties throughout the market. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, strong communication, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will be responsible for completing assigned work orders efficiently, maintaining property standards, and ensuring homes are move-in ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned work orders within service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform general maintenance including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • Carpentry
  • Mechanical repairs
  • Exterior repairs
• Conduct property walks and pre–move-in inspections
• Perform rekeying and property securing as needed
• Communicate arrival times and repair updates with residents
• Document completed work with before/after photos
• Close out work orders in real time
• Track tools and supplies for restocking
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience
  • Minimum 1 year in single-family or multi-family property management preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certification preferred
• Basic understanding of building/property codes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license (must be 21+ to operate company vehicle)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
