Pay: $19–$21/hr (based on experience)

Job Description

• Complete work orders and assist with unit turns
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Support preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Ensure safety standards and quality repairs
• Provide professional service to residents and staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Non‑Certified Techs:

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Ability to repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic HVAC support
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must have own tools

For Certified Techs:

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
• Ability to complete advanced electrical and refrigeration repairs
