Floating Property Manager

Location: Redwood City, CA (Main property + 5 others within 12-minute drive)

Pay: $30/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Ready to take on a leadership role across multiple communities? BGSF is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee 6 properties, with the main site as your home base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on variety and enjoys building strong resident relationships. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus!



Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple properties
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals through strategic planning
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required
• Ability to travel between properties (within 12-minute radius)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
