Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $23/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment properties
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and EPA standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
