Traveling Maintenance Technician

Location: Petersburg, VA

Pay: $21–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

• Travel between residential properties to complete maintenance tasks
• Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders efficiently
• Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Communicate clearly with property managers and residents

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation required
• Prior maintenance experience preferred, especially in multifamily housing
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time across locations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Hand and power tools
