Join BGSF as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead a team keeping properties safe and resident-ready!

Job Description:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations
• Complete work orders and unit turns
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Maintain inventory and supplies
• Communicate with staff and vendors

Requirements:

• Property maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• HVAC experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
