Your Role as a Leasing Consultant

Be the face of the community—touring prospects, supporting leasing efforts, and ensuring compliance in affordable housing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour and lease apartment homes
• Support residents with service requests and inquiries
• Complete leasing applications and paperwork accurately
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing guidelines
• Assist with admin tasks, marketing, and resident events
• Uphold Fair Housing standards and deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• 6+ months of multifamily leasing experience
• LIHTC / Affordable Housing / HUD experience (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
