We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. The ideal candidate will handle maintenance requests, perform repairs, and complete routine inspections to keep communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Complete apartment turns (paint, drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Document work orders in AppFolio and maintain tool/supply inventory
• Work collaboratively with property management and vendors
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle & valid insurance
• Personal hand tools
• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multi-unit preferred)
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
