Porter – Charlotte, NC

We’re looking for a reliable Porter to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our property. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent weekday hours and excellent benefits.

Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
• Remove trash and debris from property
• Assist with light maintenance tasks
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs
• Support maintenance team with apartment turns and work orders

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and detail-oriented
