BGSF works with top Property Management Companies and is hiring Boiler Technicians and Maintenance Technicians with boiler experience in your area. If you have the skills to keep boiler systems running safely and efficiently, we want to connect with you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low-pressure steam and hot water boilers in compliance with state and local codes
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on boiler systems, burners, and associated controls
• Monitor boiler readings, maintain logs, and ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Install, service, and repair water heaters (gas and electric)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of boiler, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• Black Seal Boiler Operator License a plus!
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a plus, not required)
• Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
