📢 Now Hiring: Roving Maintenance Technician

📍 Location: San Antonio, TX

💰 Compensation: Up to $29/hr

We’re seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Roving Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in commercial real estate. This regional/roving role covers multiple commercial properties throughout South Texas—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and independence on the job.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly inspections of property interiors/exteriors and document via company software (photos required).
• Self-perform general maintenance, including:
  • Light bulb & ballast replacement
  • Grounds/exterior cleaning
  • Sheetrock repair, tape, float & texture
  • Ceiling tile replacement
  • Pressure washing
  • Light carpentry & painting
• Supervise and coordinate vendors (janitorial, security, landscaping, HVAC).
• Schedule and escort third-party inspectors (lenders, appraisers, etc.).
• Manage tenant service requests via Happy Fox software.
• Oversee vendor bids and estimates; manage maintenance costs within budget.
• Support Fire/Life Safety procedures and assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain accurate tenant contact records and communicate with company leadership.

✅ Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Driver’s License (regional travel required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in building property maintenance
