Leasing Consultant – Multifamily (Kansas City, KS)

Compensation: $18–$20/hr. + commissions/bonuses

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team and play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience. You will be the face of the property, ensuring prospects and residents feel welcome and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet, tour, and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Execute follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate records in the system
• Assist with resident retention activities and renewals
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase occupancy

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
