We’re urgently seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a HUD/RD or Tax Credit property. PSH experience strongly preferred, though a background in Case Management + Behavioral Health could also thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage site operations, compliance, leasing, resident relations, and staff
• Handle rent collections, budgeting, reporting, vendor coordination, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, company policies, and all state/federal regs
• Oversee and support property staff with guidance from Portfolio Managers
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a safe, welcoming community

What You’ll Need:

• 1–3 years of experience in Tax Credit, HUD, or affordable housing
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License & insurance
• LIHTC, PSH, or Behavioral Health experience preferred
