We are seeking a flexible and reliable Floating Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across our portfolio, including one property in Bala Cynwyd and four (4) affordable housing communities. This role will step in to assist or cover for Property Managers during PTO, leaves of absence, or as needed to support operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination
• Provide coverage and operational support when Property Managers are out of the office
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests professionally and promptly
• Assist with marketing and leasing efforts, including tours, applications, and move-ins
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.) where applicable
• Support property inspections, reporting, and file audits
• Utilize property management systems (Yardi, OneSite, etc.) to maintain accurate records
• Travel between communities as assigned and maintain flexibility with location coverage

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management or assistant management experience
• Experience with affordable housing preferred (LIHTC, HUD, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties
