Property Administrator

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and personable Property Administrator to join our team in the Medical District area. This role supports day-to-day operations of a commercial office property and plays a key role in maintaining positive tenant and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet tenants, vendors, and guests while handling incoming calls and inquiries
• Open, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Enter work order requests and dispatch accordingly
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance and manage tenant/vendor files
• Serve as a liaison between tenants, contractors, and service providers
• Assist with tenant move-ins/outs, lease updates, signage, and correspondence
• Support annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis
• Manage office supply inventory and procurement

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate (office preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi and/or Angus software is a plus
