🔧 Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead the onsite maintenance team and manage service request workflow
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification required)
• Coordinate and complete unit turns, appliance installations, and general repairs
• Oversee large-scale maintenance projects (boiler, pool, exterior/interior repairs)
• Schedule and track all maintenance operations including groundskeeping
• Collaborate with property management to ensure community maintenance standards are met

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• HVAC & EPA Certification (REQUIRED)
• CPO Certification (preferred but not required)
• Prior leadership experience managing maintenance teams
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair
• A strong work ethic, great communication, and reliability
• Your own hand tools (power tools a plus!)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
