BGSF is hiring a Make-Ready (Turn Key) Technician for a busy community in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll be the go-to person turning vacant units into clean, functional, and welcoming homes for new residents. This role is full-time, paid weekly, and perfect for someone with industry experience, their own tools, and reliable transportation.

💸 Pay & Schedule

• $19–$20/hr (based on experience)
• WEEKLY pay
• Monday–Friday schedule (some flexibility required during peak move-in season)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Full apartment turns (vacant to move-in ready)
• Painting, caulking, light drywall repair
• Appliance installs, lock changes, basic plumbing/electrical fixes
• Trash-outs and deep unit cleaning (janitorial tasks included)
• Exterior work: pressure washing, breezeway upkeep, light landscaping

✅ What You Need

• Must have experience in apartment turns / make-ready
• Own tools to get the job done right
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic — we need someone who shows up and shows out
