Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in multifamily communities? We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team—someone who doesn’t just “fix things” but drives property performance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily maintenance operations across apartment units, common areas, and facilities
• Respond to and complete resident service requests with urgency and professionalism
• Execute turn-key processes to prepare apartments for new residents
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, locks, and more
• Conduct and document preventative maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation with prompt, professional response times
• Maintain vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and project follow-through
• Collaborate with the property management team on special projects and capital improvements
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of multifamily or commercial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Ability to lead tasks independently while maintaining strong team communication
• Strong working knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance software
• CPO or HVAC certification (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
