Are you a people-person with a passion for property management and strong leasing skills? We’re looking for a confident and professional Multi-Site Leasing Agent to support a portfolio of apartment communities across Montclair, Bloomfield, Caldwell, and Verona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging tours and lease apartment homes with enthusiasm and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in
• Maintain accurate records in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, or similar)
• Travel between multiple sites and assist each location with leasing and resident support
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Contribute to community outreach and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (multifamily preferred)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Tech-savvy and organized; experience with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar software is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings
