Now Hiring: Bilingual Maintenance Technicians (English/Spanish)

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay Range: $20–$21/hr

We are seeking bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish to support our clients in the Bradenton area. If you have general maintenance, construction, or renovation experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on role — we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in general apartment maintenance, including HVAC and appliance repairs.

Job Duties:

• Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
• Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Change and repair light bulbs, locks, and hardware
• Install and repair appliances
• Conduct interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Perform pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general groundskeeping tasks

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
• HVAC / EPA Certification – REQUIRED
• CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) – Preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to assist with community projects as needed
• Basic hand tools required (screwdriver, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly, customer service-oriented approach
