Maintenance Technician – Property Management

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $21–$24/hr

Do you have construction or renovation experience? Do you have maintenance skills? Whatever your skill set is, we have the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. You’ll be able to complete any/all service requests – including HVAC.

Maintenance Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and complete common apartment service requests
• Light plumbing & electrical experience preferred
• Change/repair light bulbs, locks
• Install and repair appliances
• Interior & exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing of breezeways/parking lots

Maintenance Job Requirements

• HVAC / EPA Certification required
• CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude
• Willingness to assist with community projects
• Own basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches)
• Power tools a PLUS!
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly, customer service-oriented approach
