We’re actively seeking Leasing Consultants with Affordable Housing / Tax Credit experience!

If you’ve worked with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, or Bond compliance programs—this is the perfect opportunity for you. While we’d love it if you're bilingual, our biggest need is someone with proven Affordable Housing experience.

Leasing Job Duties:

• Administrative tasks: answering phones, filing, making coffee, etc.
• Customer service: resolving resident concerns, submitting service requests
• Touring apartment homes and community spaces
• Selling and leasing apartment inventory
• Completing application and lease paperwork
• Assisting with marketing and community events
• Supporting the Property Manager with compliance (LIHTC, HUD, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience (required)
• Experience with LIHTC or Affordable Housing programs
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc. (a plus)
• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Dependable transportation
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $22–$23/hr depending on experience and location.
