We're seeking a Revenue Strategy Leader to drive pricing and revenue decisions across a portfolio of multifamily properties. You'll partner with operations and asset teams to influence performance across 10,000+ units. This is a high-impact, strategic role with a nationally recognized firm, paying $95K–$120K plus benefits.

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for maximizing revenue performance in multifamily housing? We are looking for a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to oversee pricing strategy, revenue reporting, and performance optimization for a diverse portfolio of properties.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the rental pricing strategy for a portfolio of multifamily assets
  • Review and approve daily rent recommendations using Revenue Management Software
  • Drive renewal strategy with monthly performance calls alongside Operations teams
  • Implement and optimize new sites into the Revenue Management System
  • Collaborate with Operations, Asset Managers, and Ownership groups to align pricing decisions with business goals
  • Analyze key performance metrics including occupancy, exposure, historical performance, seasonality, and market trends
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly revenue management reports to senior leadership
  • Identify and improve internal processes and training opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and support Revenue Management System (YieldStar, LRO, or equivalent)

Who You Are:

  • analysis, real estate asset management, or financial/data analysis
  • Prior experience in multifamily operations strongly preferred Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to build and interpret reports
  • Familiarity with property management software (, OneSite, etc.) and
  • revenue management platforms
  • (YieldStar, LRO, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic portfolio

  • Comfortable presenting and training on technology and pricing strategies to various teams
