BGSF is partnering with a $1.5B private equity backed Manufacturing client in Irving, Texas seeking to hire Procurement Manager with experience in Finance, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Data Analysis.

• Ideal experience is to be data savvy and have strong analytics in Excel, strong math or procurement background, spend management analytics, and cost savings analytics

QUALIFICATIONS:

 ·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement leadership track record of success

·       Strong data analytics experience (not to solely present, but to understand, explain, and implement best practices and processes)

·       Proven experience in implementing and/or optimizing procurement processes within an ERP system (Dynamics 365 F&O a plus)

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand changes in spend data and material costs

·       Prior experience leading and motivating a team

·       Solid Excel (pivot table, VBA, H/Vlookup, COUNTIFs, index match)

·       Power BI strongly desired
