seeking an Experienced Commerical Assistant Property Manager for the Frisco area. Contract to hire position paying up to $70k DOE.

The Assistant Property Manager (APM) is responsible for working with Property Manager in the management of a property (or group of properties) in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to assure a well-managed and profitable commercial property. This role is responsible for providing strategic operational support to the assigned assets in accordance with owner's and Company's goals and objectives. Overtime, the individual shall have the authority to formulate and implement management policies and operating practices that may have significant operational and financial impact. With time and experience, authority shall allow the APM to deviate from established policies and procedures with good reason and without prior approval.
