Job Description 

This position reports to the property or leasing manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. This position is responsible for the day-to-day of leasing apartment homes to prospective residents. Consider this role as the first line of defense for the property manager.

Requirements: 

·  Leasing Experience: Prefer a minimum of six months of leasing experience. 

·  Tech Skills: Familiarity with property management software is a plus, along with a strong work ethic and collaborative attitude.
