Looking for a dependable, hardworking, team player to work on commercial building dealing with heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance. All assets are within the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and related control systems. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues of HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing mechanical systems, and performing warranty services.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Perform maintenance per factory standards

· Provide service of exhaust hoods, exhaust fans, make up air units and air handling units

· Provide service of roof top units, furnaces, and condensers

· Provide service of commercial split systems

· Chiller experience is a plus

· Other duties as determined

Requirements:

· 8+ years related HVAC background and/or general refrigeration service, maintenance, or repair experience. (Positions also available for those with less experience.)

· Must be Drug-Free

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must pass a background check to work in our clients’ facilities

· Understanding of advanced principals of air conditioning, and heating

· Proficient in reading schematics

· Ability to work in confined spaces

· Must have current EPA Refrigeration Certification

· Must be a team player
