BGSF has joined with a Fortune 500 company in search of Workday HCM Leads. This is a high visibility customer reporting directly to executives and has a large impact to the overall success of the organization. Below are the specific responsibilities and skill sets necessary for the role. The position is primarily remote and could have a small onsite component. Duration is 6+ month for the project.

Job Specifics:

Candidates must be US Citizen or Green Card holders

Candidates must be able to start within a 2-week notice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Workday HCM for the USA ensuring alignment with Client's strategic goals and operational requirements
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document functional requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Workday HCM implementation, ensuring timely and effective communication between all parties
• Configure Workday HCM in line with the project scope, organizational needs, and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience as an ERP Consultant
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering Workday implementations
• Familiarity with other Workday modules will be a plus
• Relevant Workday certifications or ability to get certified are preferred
