Job Description

• To greet prospects, give tours, and close leases
• To manage applications, verifications, and leasing paperwork
• To provide excellent customer service and resident follow‑up
• To support office operations and maintain organized files
• To assist various Denver‑area communities on contract or contract‑to‑hire assignments

Location

Denver, Colorado 80203 (serving multiple nearby communities)

Required Skills

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Strong customer service and sales abilities
• Ability to complete applications and verifications accurately
• Professional communication and phone etiquette
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different property environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yardi, Onesite, RealPage, or similar software
• Strong closing skills and knowledge of fair housing
• Ability to quickly learn community policies and procedures
